Last blog, last class

Dear reader, In our final didactics class, we wrapped up a semester where each group took turns leading lessons, putting into practice what we’d learned in Didactics I about teaching techniques and classroom management. Saul’s group led a listening activity on "City Places." They used audio clips of city spots, followed by a true-or-false game to check comprehension. They even included a bingo game, calling out city places to keep us engaged and reinforce vocabulary. Then, Sara’s group taught grammar with “There is / There are.” Using examples like, "Is there any food in the fridge?" and "Are there any people on the plane?" for singular and plural, they made grammar clear and interactive. Last thoughts: This semester taught me more than just teaching techniques; it taught me the value of teamwork, creativity, and the joy of learning together. I’m especially grateful to our teacher, Orlando, for his patience, wise words, and the depth of knowledge he shared...
